NBR Hose

Multi-Industry, Heavy-Duty Fluid Transfer

The NBR Hose

AGMIN NBR layflat hose is engineered for high-wear fluid transfer across mining, civil, construction and agricultural operations. Manufactured from abrasion-resistant nitrile rubber and reinforced with high-tensile polyester yarn, it delivers reliable performance where standard PVC layflat is not suitable.

Designed for repeated deployment on rough ground, pump bypass lines and demanding work zones, this hose provides extended service life while maintaining flexibility for transport, coiling and storage.

Advantages of the NBR Hose

Designed for continuous pumping in demanding environments, NBR layflat provides reliable performance over long transfer runs while remaining flexible for deployment and retrieval.

Resistant to weathering and compatible with fertilisers and common agricultural chemicals, it is suited to both industrial and field applications.

Operating temperature range: –4 °F to 176 °F (–20 °C to 80 °C).
Available in 2″ to 8″ diameters.

Built For High-Wear Transfer

Designed for demanding environments where hoses are dragged, repositioned and exposed to abrasive surfaces such as gravel, rock and hardstand areas.

Reinforced Rubber Construction

Nitrile rubber tube and cover with high-tensile polyester reinforcement provides strength, flexibility and long service life under continuous pumping conditions.

Performs In Harsh Conditions

Resistant to UV, ozone and weathering for use in exposed mine sites, civil works and agricultural installations.

Stable Under Pressure

Low elongation maintains internal diameter during operation, supporting consistent flow and reducing movement on pump start-up.

Extended Service Life

Engineered for repeated deployment and retrieval cycles, reducing replacement frequency compared with light-duty layflat.

Suitable For Multiple Industries

Used across mining, civil, construction, industrial water transfer and harsh irrigation applications.
